Excavation in foundation trenches earth work in pick work, jumper work within all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Columns,pillars posts and struts upto any floor two level within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lintle beamsgirders,brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc. within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In stair cases(except spiral stair cases) excluding landing, but including complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Arches upto any floor two level (top dome) within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1 : 2 ( 1 cement : 1 sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In wall(any thickness but not exceeding 0.10metre thickness) including attached pillasters buttersses, plinth and string concrete etc. from top of foundation level upto any floor two level within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Arches upto any floor two level (top dome) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto any floor level within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Columns,pillars posts and struts circular or curved in plain upto any floor two level within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Stair cases with sloping or steped soffits excluding landing within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililing not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitureinforced concrete and plain concrete work in;-

Arches upto 6.00 metres span within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Arches exceeding 6.00 metres spain within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing smooth finishing with cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement :3 Sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a primering coat of red lead paint:- in gratings, framed guards bars, ladders, railngs, brackets, including locking arrangement and similars work within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron man hole cover 600mm internal diametres including frame weight 116 Kgs. (the weight of frame 58 Kgs and cover 58 Kgs) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing of M.S.Mosquito proofing ventilators 300mmx300mmx300mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel tubes ( Medium grade) welded with M.S. flange table-5 including cost of nuts, bolts ferrado make gasket sheet 3mm thick. Flanges to be welded with three i.e. two layers outer side and one layer on inner side as per BIS:816-1965 latest with up to date amendsments. The flange provide every pipe within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge for in Inlet, Outlet, over flow, Scour and by pass arrangement including connection of tank of following dia .

Providing and fixing cast iron Sluice Valves Kartar/ B/R Make for water works purpose PN 1.00 variety: PD,( with hand wheel) complete as per IS : 14846:2000 class of following diametre including brass spindle and as per IS : 2906 class-II with M.S. flange, nuts, bolts, rubber insertion etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Scour pipe of following dia conforming to nominal seal pressure of 10.20kg/cm2

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coat ) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materialswithin all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S.Water Indicator gauge within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of lightening conductors complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete With readymixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/zinc oxide chrome at pipes, flanges, Railings ,Steel ladder within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat on new steel other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:-With enamel paint other than white at pipes, flanges, Railings ,Steel ladder within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing for Soil Bearing capacity test report from Govt. recognised firm complete in all respect.

Providing/Supplying for structural design and drawings complete in all respect.
