Servicing of DG set by deputing OEM service representative to attend the DG set regularly to carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks on diesel generating set (of any Make and carryout the Starting system, Fuel injection system, Transmission system, generation system, Battery check up, Alternator check etc. check/works during the calender year all as directed by Engg-in-charge.Carry out maintenance/check as per maitenance schedule during every visit as per contract. Note 1 : All major spare parts costing above Rs. 500 will be measured & paid separately. Note 2 : Minor Spare parts costing upto Rs. 500 deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor for comprehensive/routine maint. Note 3 : Periodical testing register shall be maintained at site and produced to Engg-in- charge for sign on monthly basis. Note 4 : All Routine maintenance/testing shall be done through Specialist agency. Repair and maintenance of of Diesel driven fire pump set, 90 HP horizontal end suction, centrifugal type with CI casing , stainless steel impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation of 440 V , 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply 70 m Head. 2280 LPM discharge, disassemble and check machine assembly , Clean up the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber,exhaust pipe and muffler, Measure the quantum of wear and tear in the cylinder and change the piston ring and cylinder liner, Check the concurrence between the connecting rod bearing and the crankshaft main bearing, replace the bearing, check the axial concurrence of the camshaft and crankshaft, and acclimate , Check the miserliness of the stopcock seat and grind, Clean the cylinder block, oil painting visage and oil painting strainer, Clean the dirt on the heat exchanger and machine water tank, and check the function of the thermostat. ,Remove the pump, clean and change the oil painting; remove the dirt, Perform a pressure test of 1.5 times the rated outlet pressure of the channel affair system, complete paint the machine assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 30 HP capacity at swimming pool filteration plant, disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor and pump, removing foundation nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop (Note : following work are to be deemed in rate quoted). (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.
