Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (a) Depth up to 150 mm.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).Grading-II Aggregate (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using stone screening type B (11.2mm)

Dressing and chilchalling Road flanks including cutting and filling with earth up to 150 mm average thickness finished with outward cross-grade of 1 in 30.

Dismantling Kerb Stones Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as permTable 1 of IS 15658-2006) manufactured in steel mould slamped to a vibreting teble by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP : 63 (2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with pressure nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS :15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annuxure G of IS:15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design abd drawing with a cushion of sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completin the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compacting, levelling and filling up of mthe edge gap. 50mm thick, Colour Decorative

Labour for laying single brick flat soling including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth.

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - Two coats (with any shade except white)
