B/R SCHEDULE

S&F for Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows & ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F for Powder coated aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars of aluminium section of weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and Skelton shutter open rebated factory made and prepared to receive glass / gauge etc, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing gauge, size of members as per SSR Part - I section clause 8.20 (a) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 300 mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed
