Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including rammimg and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and taxes all complete as per building specificetion and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local and including cost of watering taxes, royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C M 150 in nominal mix (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, skirting, curring, taxes and royalty complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade (1:1.5:3) with stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering …do…. All work upto plinth level:

Providing designation 75B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of sand…………..do….as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with 1.5 mm thick cement punning ….do… all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5.3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Provideing tor Steel reinforcement of 10mm, 12mm, & 16mm. Dia bars as per approved design and drawing 16mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for Tata (tiscon), Sail, JSPL, Electrosteel Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, proping etc. and removal of form ….do……E/I.

Labour for cleaning the work site before and after work etc.

Dismantling pucca brick or lime work …do… ..all complete as per ……….E/I.

Dismantling RCC work …do… ..all complete as per ……….E/I.

Disposal of excavated earth (Lead- 01K+03P= 04 KM)

Sand (Lead 02k+10p= 12 KM)

Stone Chips (Lead 01k+24p=25 KM)

Bricks (Lead 02k+06p= 08 KM)

Cement & Steel (Lead 03(p) KM)
