REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF HARD STANDING INCLUDING PCC/ CC PAVEMENTS, PATHWAYS AND CONNECTED BR WORKS AT ZONE C AT MIL STN RAIWALA UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath

M&L cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate ) 40 mm thick cement concrete in Floors surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty coloured tiles (dark shade) with chequered, plain or recess finish at top of size 300X300X 8 to 10 mm thick as in floor /path/paving etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick, rubber finished ,as in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including removalof old materials from site not exceeding 100 meter, (ISI marked) complete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc including removing demilished material exc 50 mtrs not exc 100mtrs,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,complete all as specified.
