33KV UG CABLE LINE
Design, Engineering, manufacturing, Supply of Three Core, 19 /33 KV, Al, 400 Sq. mm. FRLS, XLPE insulated, screened armoured power cable as per TSECL approved design, drawing, specification and as reqd. as per direction of Eng-In-Charge and detailed herein after in the bid document.
Supply of 160 mm outer diameter HDPE pipe( PE-80 grade) of working presure 6 kgf /sq.cm. having minimum wall thickness 6.3 to 7.2 mm.
Supply of 150 mm dia best quality heavy duty GI PIPE as per ISS 1239 of different length as per requirement of engineering.
Laying of one number 400sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Trench Size: Width-350mm, Hieght-1200mm / Sand(couhioning): Hieght-250mm, Width-350mm/ Protection: Double layer Bricks including coiling of excess cable at a depth of minimum 1200 with double layer bricks protection as per direction of Engineering In Charge.

Supplying and Making Straight through Tapex (with plastic mould) type jointing kit for Three core, 400 Sq.mm. Size, XLPE insulated Power Cable of grade 19/33 KV(E). as per IS and latest ammended.
Providing of Pre-cast cement concrete cable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colour japan paint as per approved TSECL drawing & Specification.
Supply & Laying of 250mm wide and 100microns thick(HDDPE/LLDPE) pre-warning Yellow colour tape. The warning tape shall be printed in RED letter (in English as well as Bengali) as "COUTION: TSECL, 33KV POWER CABLE" and to be placed at about 500mm depth from ground level along the cable route.
