Concrete with 4cm. Guage Stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F:M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all meterials,) labour and T&P etc. ( DSR .4.01.88 )

RCC work with approved coarse sand and 2 cm guage approved stone grit in 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors, windows

M-150 brick work in foundation in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. ( DSR .6.1.2 )

12mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement &

Mild steel TMT bars/HYSD bars in plain work such as rainforced concrete or rainforced brick work ( when not included in an over all rates )wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel ( DSR . 12.6 )

M.S. iron Door and window with ms angle and ms sheet I/c all complete as directed by engineer in charge

Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses, build up gates record racks, roof work, gates etc wrought to required from including drilling holes riveting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc,(when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required, welding, grinding and making holes as required for completion of work but

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (55x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Supply & fixing 5 mm thick approved China white/coloured glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished and jointed with white cement slurry and pigment & polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 300 x 300 mm)

Supply & fixing 5 mm thick approved China white/coloured glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished and jointed with white cement slurry and pigment & polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 300 x 300 mm)

Distepering(First coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J & N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including prepairing the surface even with Plaster Plaster of Paris or approved approved synthetic synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Painting of wood or iron work including sand preparing rubbing and cleaning as required for proper completion of work (two coats)

Painting or Varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved supperior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I No. 103

Providing and applying putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete
