Supply of Manpower

Supply of unskilled workers to execute housekeeping works such as sweeping & cleaning of various sub-stations/offices of PSPCL under P&M Circle, PSPCL, Jalandhar on contract basis for the year 2024-25. Note:- 1. The consumables such as brooms, pocha, phenyl, harpic, etc. shall be supplied to the contractor by the concerned office of PSPCL. 2. The percentage rates quoted by contractor should include EPF, ESI, any other taxes prevailing at that time (except mentioned at Sr. no 4). Any %age variation in EPF, ESI will be adjusted accordingly in rate quoted by contractor.. 3. Anything affecting rates mentioned anywhere else shall not be entertained at any cost and shall be ignored for all purposes. 4. The above rates should be exclusive of Bonus, retrenchment compensation & GST and will be paid by PSPCL as applicable 5. The contractor shall pay minimum wages, EPF, ESI and other taxes (except Sr. no 4) as admissible by PSPCL from time to time. 6. The price of rest reliever will not be payable extra. Contractor will arrange rest reliever for the mandatory leaves/holidays as per prevalent labour law and this cost may also be included in the quoted prices. 7. Any increase in minimum wages/rates notified after the date of opening of tenders shall be compensated to the contractor by enhancing the quoted rates in proportion to increase in minimum wages. 8. Contractor is not allowed to quote any discount on minimum wages, his bid will be rejected, if any discount is offered 9. All payments to workers shall be made by the contractor through bank account only. 10. The quoted rate shall include all statutory benefits payable to the workers by the contractor i.e. the weekly offs, overtime, insurance, gazette holidays etc and other admissible benefits as per labour laws.
