Repair, servicing, and overhauling, of dozing pump and renewal the parts as under which is unserviceable and refixing the same all as specified and directed. Note: (1) Spares parts shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rate (2) Rate quoted inclusive removing blockage of chlorine residuals from injector pipelines, cleaning of NRV, nozzles and proper washing of FRP bucket/tank/container, minor repair of agitator, motor and minor spares such as clips, clamps, check nut etc

Supply only No 7X Pump tube all as specified.

Supply only Injection check valve3/8'' all as specified

Supply only weighted suction line strainer 3/8'' all as specified

Supply only 3/8'' white suction/dischage tubing all as specified

Supply only check valve duckbill only all as specified

Supply only connecting nut 3/8'' with adapter all as specified

Rewinding of dozing motor of any make/type and size with copper wire of same gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufactures specification, including renewal of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Motor before fixing at site the RPM shall be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite, dry free flowing and free from lumps and should not induce substances beyond acceptance limit in treated and disinfected water and packed in 45 Kg drums with following specifications:- (a) Available chlorine - Min 65% (b) Stability - Loss of chloride on basis of available chloride,Max 1/15 (c) Particle size (passing through 1.70mm IS sieve) - 99.5% Min (d) Water insoluble matter - 6% Max (e) Calcium Hydroxide - 4% Max (f) Sodium Chloride - 15% Max (g) Anti corrosive and anti scaling agent (CIAS)

Supply only chlorine Test Kit with test tubes and sample filled PPM comparing tubes and one bottle of OT solution comprising with a box kit complete

Testing of water received from KWA/Raw water well once in three month for physical,chemical and bacteriological analysis as per IS: 10500-1991 from accredited lab of PHED or central Govt licenced authorised or NABL approved labs and submitting test result sheet to AGE E/M office for further record all as specified and directed . Note: Expenditure for conveyance of Collecting water sample at various locations mentioned below shall be borne by the contractor only. Supply, laying and connection of 20mm outer dia CPVC SDR 11 pipes and plain SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting the outer surface of the pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair nylon wire mesh on mouth of drain pipe of UG sump/well with necessary nut bolt and SS clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair multiport valve suitable for pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate inclisive of necessary union,socket,nipple etc as required at site during replacement of valve.

M&L for repair/maint/servicing of pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr by draining out complete water and remove all the filter media (sand & pebbles) and cleaning the internal surfaces and applying one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and re-assemble the filter media after duly washing/cleaning with fresh water complete including testing and commissioning all as specified Note : Quarts sand will be measured and paid separately

M&L for renewal of Quarts sand in two grades in the filter of size 6/3mm complete all a s specified and as directed.

M&L for renewal of Quarts sand in two grades in the filter of size 16/30mm complete all a s specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel frame work conforming to FE-410-W (Grade E-250 quality A) such as doors ,ladder or gates of angle iron or other section including braces rails etc.complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc.prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door devices complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel,plain,black sheet 2.5 mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar works,cut to size,holes punched,including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams,including bending or turning up,mitred angle etc as required complete all as specified and as directed for valve chamber cover incl dismantling of old corroded MS cover

Material and labour for appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kneelers,apex stones,bed plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.
