SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTES:- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

(INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY) Supply and fixing of industrial grade Flameproof Exhaust Fan AC single phase 230 V of size 450 mm sweep, 900 RPM heavy duty exhaust fan (Metallic body finish) suitable for use in hazardous location classified as Zone 1 & Zone 2, constructed with a flame proof motor and housing with safety grill including making circular hole in wall of suitable size and grouting fastener with nut & washer-04 Nos for installation of exhaust fan including providing the electrical connection with PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flame proof copper cable of size 1.0 sqmm 3 core up to the ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed. Make: SSPL cat No: SSPL/MT/140 or equivalent in Crompton/ Almonard/ Bajaj

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street/bldg security light fitting 25 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs with In-built electronic driver complete housed in pressure die-cast aluminium housing covered with polycarbonate cover with IP66 degree of protection including GI pipe bracket made up of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe of length 1.00 m bent to required shape and fixing on walls with suitable MS clamps (02 Nos) made up of 25mmX4mm MS flat, nuts, bolts and washers and provision of 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twisted three core flexible copper wire of 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of MCCB / MCB distribution board, vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V,3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surface for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB/ MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2 mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 30Kg/pit (resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter). The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 4000 Kg load bearing capacity (Size: 270X 40X 200mm) complete all as specified and directed.
