Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down MCB DB any type and any capacity all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Sub main wiring any type any size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch 5 amp one way complete with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Netural -Black and earth continuity conductor 1.50 sqmm Green) drawn through existing PVC pipe or PVC casing caping including 1.5 Sq mm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity wire and connecting to earth dolly, including making good of disturbed surface of cement plaster, whitewash/ distempered match with original colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 04 above but for one 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on the same board with other switch.

All as per item No 04 above but for 5 amp socket on independent board.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including PVC pipe of dia not less than 20mm ISI marked suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories all fixed concealed on wall and also including one run of 6.0 sqmm cable for earth wire as earth continuity conductor complete including taking down existing sub main wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note : 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of casing capping will be measured as an one run).

All as per Item No 29 above but two single core 4 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 01 single core 4 Sqmm for earth wire.

S&F in repair MCB SPN 40 to 63 amp of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB TPN 40 to 100 amp of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repiars LED 4 feet tube light fitting 1x 18W, 220V,AC decorative type connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED 2 feet tube light fitting 1x 10W, 220V,AC decorative type connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair energy efficient recessed mounted LED 36W luminaire suitable for 2'x2' grid ceiling with flat diffuser and lumen output of 3600 lumens colour temprature 3300K to 5300K having constant current electronic driver duly connected with 0.5 sqmm white colour PVC insulated & sheathed three core flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable in renewal of any type luminaire as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-winding of burnt ceiling fans by opening covers of ceiling fan, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, varnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bearings No 6201/6202 for 1200/1400mm sweep, greasing, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 2.5 mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, transporting back after repair, assembling the blades and hanging the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp and fixing to down rod with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as directed at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates shall deems to be inclusive cost of varnish, insulation papers, sleeves, bearing /bush,capcitor, cotton tape for binding coils including minor spare like nuts, washer, screws, tension spring required for assembiling and fixing fans in position. 2. Fan re-winding & replaced bearings will be inspected by Engr-in-Charge before assembling the fan motors. 3. Ceiling fan spare part items shall be measured and paid under respective supply only items.

M&L for rewinding of burnt exhaust fan motor of 300mm sweep by opening covers by unscrewing nuts/screws, remove the armeture shaft and checking for its defects, checking defects in stator core & windings, cutting burnt winding of stator, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, varnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bush/bearings, greasing, replace of armeture coil with complete shaft if required, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replacement of fan capacitor 2.5/4.0mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, re-assembling exhaust fan with frame and blade, transporting back after repair, fixing the exhust fan in its own position to existing fan clamp or with new screws and guttis or necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site. All connecting wiring shall be PVC insulated single core stranded copper condutor of size 0.5 sqmm with proper color coding drawn through heat insulation sleeves of suitable size. Note : 1. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive cost of varnish, insulation papers, sleeves, cotton tape for binding coils including minor spare like nuts, washer, screws, tension spring required for assembiling fans. 2. Exhaust fan bearing/bush, blade, frame & capacitor if required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. 3. Armeture coil with complete shaft if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. 4. Fan rewinding & replaced armeture will be inspected by Engr-in-Charge before assembling the fan motors. 5. Exhaust fan spare part items shall be measured and paid under respective supply only items.

All as per item No 40 above but for 450mm sweep exhaust fans.

Supply only fan bearing of size 6101 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan bearing of size 6202 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan capacitor 2.5 Mfd suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan capacitor 4.0 Mfd suitable for exhaust fan 300/450/600mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan down rod 18 inch long for hanging ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan down rod 21 inch long for hanging ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan down rod 24 inch long for hanging ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes 300mm diameter for preaparing opening through brick/stone masonary wall for fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep, making good to damaged surface of wall, make a smooth circular surface and match with specification of existing wall all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable louvers shutters of exhaust fans 300/350 mm dia from external face of walls from double/tripple storey buildings and providing aluminium wire mesh (3 to 4 mm mesh) with Aluminium frame (Guage thickness not less than 1.2mm) including necessary fixing accessories (like clamps, screws, wahsers, gutties etc) to prevent entry of birds/insects through opening of exhaust fans on walls. Approximate size of frame to be provided at site is 400mm x 400mm for 300mm dia openings holes and 450mm x 450mm for 350mm dia openings holes. Note : Necessary T&P such as ladders, safety belts, drilling equiptments for fixing wiremesh at heights of double/tripple storey building shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same deems to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable louvers shutters of exhaust fans 450 mm dia from external face of walls from double/tripple storey buildings and providing aluminium wire mesh (3 to 4 mm mesh) with Aluminium frame (Guage thickness not less than 1.2mm) including necessary fixing accessories (like clamps, screws, wahsers, gutties etc) to prevent entry of birds/insects through opening of exhaust fans on walls. Approximate size of frame to be provided at site is 600mm x 600mm for 450mm dia openings holes. Note : Necessary T&P such as ladders, safety belts, drilling equiptments for fixing Wiremesh at heights of double/tripple storey building shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same deems to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for painting of ceiling/exhaust fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler in one coat after cleaning all dust etc and writing MES No with black paint as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Painting of ceiling fans to be carried when the body is opened for repair works for re-winding to avoid bearing jam due to paint and motor shall be assembled after drying of paint.

Supply and fix aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex. head screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for eathing in repairs complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete including taking out existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Material and labour for galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25 x 4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking down, servicing, testing complete of aqua RO machine any capacity from existing location and fixed at new or same location all as per specified and manufacturer's instruction after servicing and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts if required to be replaced, shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for replacement of HOT & COLD PVC water connection pipes stainless steel braided flexible pipe 450mm long as per Cat No GSSGGX0030 of Make Havells or equivalent in approved makes as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs heat resistant heavy duty pressure grade 6 kg/sq cm, stainless steel wiremesh braided HOT & COLD flexible PVC connecting pipe with brass adapters 600 mm long suitable for 15 mm dia pipe and fixed in position as in repairs complete all as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Havells/Crompton or as per approved makes as approved by GE.

M&L for replacement of HOT & COLD PVC water connection pipes stainless steel braided flexible pipe 750mm long of Make Havells or equivalent in approved makes as approved by GE.
