Removing of filter media and gravels and defective diffusers from the existing 4 Nos. vertical pressure sand filter after opening of main hole with help of bucket, rope and required manpower etc. as complete as required.

Supply of additional filter media/ gravels of different size for additional requirement in pressure filter upto required level etc. as complete as required.

Putting the existing and additional filter media in existing 4 Nos. vertical pressure after washing, cleaning, etc. as complete and closing the main holes ,with Nut bolts and rubber packing etc complete as required.

Repairing and rewinding of 3/5HP suction sweeper machine & dewatering pump set including replacement of bearing, rubber tyre coupling connection testing etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of 40/50 mm dia PVC hose pipe and clamps for suction sweeper machine etc. as complete required.

Chemically Cleaning of water body of Swimming Pool of size 25 Mtrs. x 50.0 Mtrs i/c Scum Channel and desilting of balancing tank / sump well with the help of bucket, rope, acid and brushes including labor etc. as complete as required.

Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtration plant of capacity 80000 Gallons per hour (Four filters) for treating the water of swimming of size 25mtrX50mtr and doses of chemicals required to achieve the results as per IS:3328-1993 and their relevant codes. The above chemicals will also include the chemicals such as chlorine gas as and when required to make the quality of water as per above slated standard.

Servicing, repiring and rewinding of 7.5/10 HP Boosting Pump Set including replacement of bearing, Water seal,connection plate i/c connection testing etc. as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required :

Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant and other accessories of swimming pool of size 25 x 50 Mtr as per details of installation/inventory by deploying staff :3 Nos. Operator (1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 4 No. Khallasi (two in each shift total of two shift i.e. 6AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM ) . The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in swimming pool of size 25x 50 M having capacity 80000 Gallons per hour (Four filters) for treating the water as per IS-3328-1993 & their relevant codes for main pool & toddler pool complete as required as per additional condition enclosed.

Supply of following chemicals of swimming pool of size 25x 50 Mtr as per IS:3328-1993 by supplying and Dosing of following chemicals for main pool complete as required as per additional condition enclosed.(for 6 months)

Chlorine Gas

Soda ash

Caustic Soda

Copper sulphate

Alum Crystal

Supplying, instalation, testing and commissioning of the following size of uPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinylchloride) pipes with minimum 10 Kg/cm2 pressure including required size of fittings ie. coupling, tees, bends, flanges, complete etc. as required. A) 315 mm dia

Painting of all plant equipments/accessories such as suction sweeper machine, motors, pumps, pressure filters, air blowers, panels, rolling shutter, and cable tray with the approved shade of synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats after rubbing and cleaning the surface with emery paper etc. complete as required.
