Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains up to all width/depth in earth work in all kinds of soils including 50% ordinary, hard rock/blasting work and chiselling*wedging out of hard or soft rock (where blasting is prohibited) up to all heights staking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms, layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all of surplus excavated earth all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all height including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and fixing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 150mm diameter PVC pipe (PN 4/ 4kg/cm square pressure class), extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards the exposed face, complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including supply, cutting, placing, alignment and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and supplying approach and methodology, drilling and fixing of 25 mm diameter reinforcement bars using chemical anchoring system comprising high-performance injectable epoxy adhesive such as Hilti HIT‑RE 500 V4 or equivalent approved epoxy anchoring system, for post-installed reinforcing bar connections in existing Natural rock. The work shall include drilling of holes of 32 mm diameter using rotary hammer/diamond core drilling equipment to the required embedment depth of 800 mm to 1200 mm, cleaning of drilled holes by blow–brush–blow method using compressed air and steel brush, and injection of epoxy adhesive using manufacturer-approved dispensing equipment followed by insertion of reinforcement bar with slow rotary motion to ensure complete bonding. Reinforcement bars shall be 25 mm diameter high-yield deformed bars conforming to Fe-550 grade (TATA TISCON or equivalent). Full steel length surfaces shall be protected with zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating before installation. The rate shall include designing, all materials, epoxy adhesive, drilling, cleaning, installation, curing, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and incidentals accessories including dewatering, complete the work as per manufacturer specifications, and Engineer-in-Charge instructions. (exclusive TMT steel) Any damage to the public or private property during heavy floods or increased water levels shell be borne by the contractor.

Providing extra reinforcement with TMT bars as per site design requirement Fe 550 Tata make or equivalent including straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.i. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirements and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
