PROTECTIVE ROOFING TO THE HOISTS MECHANISMS OF MOOZHIYAR DAM

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Supplying and fixing GI pipe 100 mm(NB ) heavy 1143 h conforming to IS specification , 5.4 mm thick heavy (14.5kg/m) laying to lines and levels for supporting roof at all elevation as per drawings and specification including cost of all materials, labour, fixing charges of pipe with base plate/chequared plate and roof member,welding charges, scaffolding, all lead and lift, labour, conveyance, complete.as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.<br>

Roofing with Aluminium traffod (trapezoidal) colourcoated roofing sheet 0.71mm thick or nearest available thickness at all elevation with overlaps of 150 mm at ends and G.I hook or crank bolts and nuts including plain washers and bitumen washers including cost of labour, materials, conveyance, lead, lift, scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.<br>

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain Aluminium sheet fixed with SS bolts and nuts washers complete.<br>0.71 mm thick coloured to suit the sheet.

Supplying and fixing MS plate of size 200 x 200 x 8 mm as base plate of columns/verticals of roof work with required holes( 4 Nos of 20 mm dia, 125mm long) for holding down bolts to the existing concrete by drilling holes to the existing concrete for a depth of 10cm and grouting with chemical solution, fixing the vertical member to the base plate at all elevation including cost of labour, materials, drilling,chemical solution, all lead, lift, scaffolding, plate, nuts, bolts but excluding cost of vertical member and its fixing charge etc.and embbeded the base in a concrete block of size 50 x 50 x 60 cmusing cement concrete 1:2:4. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.<br>

Supplying and fixing 10mm thick MS Plate of required size as base plate of columns/ verticals of roof work wherever required by welding the Ms plate to the existing I sections,chequered plate/steel platform strengthening the joints with angles of size 100x100x8mm at all elevation including cost of all materials,labour, conveyance, lead and lift, welding and fixing charges, applying one coat primer etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site .<br>

Cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.12 mm cement plaster

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

KHEP- OVERHAULING OF TUNNEL INTAKE GATE & HOISTING MECHANISM OF MOOZHIYAR DAM

Overhauling of Hosting Mechanism of Tunnel Intake gate of Moozhiyar Dam-<br>Dismantling the plummer blocks, wheels, innershaft, electromagnetic break system etc. and refitting after cleaning and inspecting bearings of gear wheels and changing damaged bearings with new ones. Checking, aligning and correcting/ replacing all moving parts including replacing 4 nos roller track wheel. Overhauling and caliberating the position indicator, replacing the switches, brake system - overhauling the electrical operating system including interlock with electrical operating system and including cost of all materials,gear oil, grease etc. and labour etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Overhauling of 10HP motor for the hoist arrangement of Intake gate reparing of reverse forward starter with box including replacing its accessories if required, dismantling motor, replacing old bearings, varnishing of windings,cleanng inside of motor renewing contacts and connections, replacing of damaged cable, laying of cable, proper earthing of motor, synthetic enamel painting over a priming coat etc complete. required for the smooth operation of the gate in both direction, including cost of all materials, labour and as per the direction of the deptl officers.

Replacing Rubber seals and servicing of intake gate-<br>Cutting and removing all existing rubber seals from the gate, supplying and fixing new Teflon claded rubber seal of good quality after getting the approval of departmental officers having the same dimensions as that of the existing one including making holes in the seals at par with steel stem, supplying and replacing the damaged SS nuts, bolts and flats and greasing the moving parts and complete repairing / reconditiong of the gates, replacing of worn out parts including cost of rubber seal, epoxy coal tar painting of replaced parts, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Supplying and fixing new wire rope of 28 mm dia 6 x 37 construction fibre core GI of breaking strength 43.4MT conforming to ISI specification including all labour for replacing the existing old wire rope, Cleaning throughly and pressing out the old grease of the wire rope drum using compressed air, cleaning the dust and old cardium compound etc, applying new cardium compound to the new wire rope including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc complete. as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade:One or more coats on old work

Overhauling Hoisting Mechanism of Emergeny gate (River Outlet) of Mooshiyar dam-<br>Dismantling the plummer blocks, wheels, innershaft, electromagnetic break system etc. and refitting after cleaning and inspecting bearings of gear wheels and changing damaged bearings with new ones.
