Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course incl wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course incl finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L 10mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 on padding layer for roof treatment with WPC complete all as specified

M & L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre/sqm and laying Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified membrance , reinforced with non woven ployester, of 3.50 Kg/sqm (minimum, 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on internal wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over ceiling surfaces complete incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) integral WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only..

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall making surface smooth by application of 2mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash

M&L preparing old surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparing the old distempered surfaces on walls including filling holes and undulations with putty and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls with roller finish complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/ wood based materials of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/ iron of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,as per manfecturars instructions complete all as directed and specified.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.
