Supply and Install in Tubular steel poles swaged type & shall conform to IS 2713 (Parts 1 to 3) 1980 with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22, (8.50 Mtr long). Finials and base plate shall be of cast iron and conform to the details given in fig. 3 and 4 of the Standard (IS-2713 Part 1*3 of 1980). A through hole of 14 mm diameter shall be provided in each pole at a height of 300 mm above the planting depth for earthing arrangements. Protection Against Corrosion The poles shall be coated with two coasts of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior with one coat of red oxide/emulsion paint & two coat of aluminium paint to GI bracket for street lights and two coats of zebra marking with enamel from ground level and up to 1 mtr height including white washing the coping and cleaning the bushes surrounding the pole bottom up to 1 mtr width all as directed.

Supply and fix LT junction box for street light, sheet moulding compound (SMC) type with hinged type door and locking arrangement, off white colour, of size 300 x 200 x 105mm (internal) comprising of suitable size Aluminium bus bar 3 rows with terminals,1 No bakelite base neutral link and 01 No earthing terminal bolt and nut and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs all as specified and as directed. Make sintex.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of DWC 63/50 sqmm size polyethylene including coupler & Bend with smooth internal and profiled external surface for under ground cable protection complete all as specified.
