Cat (A) -Items to be supply and installation

Supplying & laying of LT cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 6 Sq. mm. unarmoured Copper conductor Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulated (XLPE) complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI).

Supplying & laying of LT cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 4 Sq. mm. unarmoured Copper conductor Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulated (XLPE) complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI).

Supplying & laying of 3 core 2.5 sq mm copper conductor multi strand round flexible cable wire i/c laying etc.complete etc. as required.(ISI)

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing of 8 Way Double door SP&N sheet steel MCB DB, 240 Volt on surface / recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted, earthing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 4 Way Double door SP&N sheet steel MCB DB, 240 Volt on surface / recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted, earthing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 25 Amp 4 Pole MCB,415 V 10 KA C curve MCB suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB rating surface / recess complete with connections, testing , commissioning etc. as reqd

Supplying and fixing of 40 A double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 63 A double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 Amp, 30 KA Four pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubical panel board i/c drilling hole in cubical panel, making connections etc as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of M.S. Box suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire AC supply system of outdoor, with sloping roof top for weather protection etc. fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 16 swg sheet steel including cleaning, degreasing, scrubbing, finishing etc. and seven tank processed complete with powder coating in approved shade suitable for 100 A rating, 30 KA, Four Pole, MCCB in it gland plates including having arrangement for fixing on existing steel tubular/ PCC pole with suitable size, sign writing etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supplying , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance free Chemical earth station as per latest RDSO specifications consisting of :- a) Copper Bonded steel electrode of 3 metre long, 17 mm dia with copper bonded thickness of minimum 250 microns and UL listed and marked - 1no. b) Maintenance free, environmental friendly, mineral compounds, semi soluble , Non corrosive , conductivity improving material of RDSO approved- 35 Kg. c) Polyplastic , heavy duty, weatherproof, environmental free earth pit chamber with cover size approx. top dia 250mm, bottom dia 330 mm and height 260 mm Heavy duty of 7 Ton load capacity, the base unit should have knockouts for interconnecting of strips

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Double door, weather proof, IP54 compliant, free standing, cubicle type Main Power Distribution Board fabricated out of 16 gauge CRCA sheet having compartmentalized design for housing various equipments, with Hut type Canopy top cover for snow / rain protection, having viewing windows for meters & indicators , 02 nos earth studs & painted with good quality powder coating paint of approved shade, sign writing, danger notice plate etc. complete with cartage, installation of PDB alongwith all accessories viz. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and installing of 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm NS) in the foundation of pump. DG set etc. including form work etc. as reqd.

Dismantling and re-laying of ABC type Aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade of size 3 core x 35 Sq. mm complete with dismantling the cable from existing HT Service connection poles, proper stacking of cable after dismantling to avoid any damage/leakage, unbunching/ unbundling of the dismantled HT ABC cable into 3 separate lengths and reinstalling / relaying of dismantled ABC cable on the existing New Tapping Point HT Service connection poles / iron structure in 3 tier formation with proper spacing complete with clamping, Testing commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required, (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling and fabrication of existing angle iron / channel iron / flat iron for brackets / cross arms etc and re-fabrication into desired shape and size as per requirement at site for DP structure complete with providing nuts bolts, welding, clamps etc as reqd.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3 x 35 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A, Four Pole, 415 V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz, Panel interior On Load type, front operated Changeover switch complete with interconnections , complete as required (BSNL Appd. Makes).

Supplying and fixing 63 A, Four Pole, 415 V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz, On Load type, side handle operated Changeover switch having sheet steel enclosure complete with interconnections , complete as required (BSNL Appd. Makes).

Supplying & making outdoor cable end termination for 3 core x 35 Sq.mm. 11 KV grade Aluminium conductor XLPE, insulated individual core screened H.T.cable with heat shrink joint including all accessories including Sockets, lugs, glands, ferrules, etc. complete in all respects as required for cable.

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items Buy-Back (ie minus):- Buy back charges for following life expired / faulty / unserviceable assets complete with dismantling etc. on as-is-where-is basis & clearing the site as per site requirement.

LT Panel comprising of Changeover switches, MCBs etc. and, suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire AC supply system of cubicle design, outdoor, Double door type & 15 KVA 3-phase Automatic voltage regulator complete
