9.118.3 : Providing and fixing to existing door frames25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with and average wall thickness of 1 mm ( ± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm area provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. An M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end -cap of the size 25 mm x 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer,s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.
22.6 : Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)
