Machine cut Single piece Kota stone slab 22-25 mm thick as in skirting,steps, dado and pillars etc , laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, jamb,step,riser, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete including grinding,rounded and chamfered edges and granite polishing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cool roof temp shield tiles 300mm x 300mm x 10 mm thick as in terraces,roof pavement as in horizontal and slant/vertical surfaces with 4 mm groove filled with epoxy joint filler over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, on roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets,brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound , trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , trowelled to even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on wall/,brick or concrete surfaces of building upto 10 mtr in height mixed with water proofing compound on top layer, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
