REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROAD AND FOOTPATH AND ROAD FURNITURE AT MISA CAMP UNDER GE(S) TEZPUR

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-30) at @5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of which (Paving bitumen VG-30 @ 92% and 8% waste plastic) by weight of total mix providing and laying with mechanical paver and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) n'exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) as directed.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface of footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning layer over sub base for fixing of interlocking tiles spread levelled to reqd level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- (Sand cushioning layer will be measured and paid seperately)

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
