& also during unavoidable condition as per instruction

of engg.incharge , rate includes all nece. shifting, fuel

and operating charges and stacking of useful & non-

useful materials separately up to store. (No payment

should be allowed for non working condition of

machinery and for pipe line excavation and laying work)
