Design Supply Installation testing and commissioning of Hot water generator based Central Heating System to the Higher Secondary School. The scope of work includes the DSITC of HWGs, radiator panels, Circulation pumps/ pipes, insulations, specialized valves and allied accessories, all of approved make given in Annexure ‘E’, including construction of cement concrete foundation blocks of all equipments to provide fully automatic system capable of producing and maintaining high precision indoor conditions in the specified class rooms of the school.

HSD Fired Hot Water Generator (1W+1S): HSD Fired, Horizontal Fire Tube , Hot Water Generator fitted with combustion equipments, all boiler mountings- control panel, control valves, accessories including primary circulation pumps of suitable capacity, including chimney of required dia, externally mounted at 8mtr above ground level or as recommended by OEM. It includes connection of water circulation pipe with common header of required size. Complete in all respect. Job includes supply of spare burner assembly-01 No with each boiler Boiler Capacity = 2.00 lac k.cal/ Hr

Compact Electric Hot Water Generator: Horizontal/vertical shell type Electrical Hot water Generator made out of Mild steel with pressure rating of 250-350 psig,insulation 50/100mmresin bonded fibre glass wool with 24/32 kg/m3 density.Heater bank 240 v +10%, 50 cycle 3 phase AC supply. The safety controls includes Digital step controller thermostat for individual step digital dial type thermometer for inlet and out let SCR based linear controller (step less) with pressure swatches and low water cut off switches. Capacity= 250 kW

Hot water Circulation Pumps (1w+ 1S): Hot Water Circulation Mono-block Pump (secondary) complete with electric motor mounted common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation along with control valves (Sluice valve NRVs of minimum PN 10 rating) of desired size and capacities, Discharge: 15 LPS at 25m Head

Gear Oil Transfer Pumps (1w+ 1S): Gear Oil Transfer Pump with electric motor single phase rating along-with common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation including control valves, piping from bulk hsd tank to day oil tank, complete Discharge = 1 LPS(min) @ 12 mtr Head

Soft water / Glycol Pumps Soft Water Pump complete with electric motor of 1-ɸ, 230 V, 50 Hz, 1 HP rating along with common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation with required pipe. Capacity 1 LPS (min) at 20 m Head

Bulk Oil Tank Bulk oil tank of 6/8 mm MS plate with require red stiffener, manhole dully covered along-with unit to be laid underground with allied Civil Works, as per IOC specifications, Complete with required piping connections and valves. Capacity =10 Kl x1No.

Day Oil Tank Day oil tank of 4 MM M.S plate complete with 6 KW heating unit, manhole dully covered, Gauge Glass and structural support for mounting oil tank and ladder made out of tubular MS Section Complete Capacity = 1 kL x 01No.

Expansion Tank Hot Water Expansion Tank of 4 mm M.S complete with manhole dully covered, necessary connections covered with 50 MM thick, 750 GSM Mikron (Mikasha Internationl) insulation and finished with 24 Gauge Aluminium cladding and structural support for mounting the tank. Capaciy = 1kL

Steel panel heating radiators conforming to EN442 with working pressure ranging from 10-13 bar having working temperature at 110°C , complete with Top grilles and side covers as standard along-with inlet valve, outlet valve, air purge valve and threaded plug as per OEM. Inlet Water Temp: 75oC Outlet Water Temp: 65oC Room Temp: 22oC

MS ERW pipe (resin bonded fiber glass insulation) MS C-class pipe as per IS-1239 & IS 3589 pipe of following nominal size with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting (but excluding valves, stationers, gauges etc). duly insulated with 80kg/cum design resin bonded fibre glass or 144 kg/cum mineral wool (non combustible) pipe section insulation covered with alyer of 120gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapor barrier) and finally applying 0.63 aluminum sheet cladding complete with type3, grade 1 roofing feltstrip at joints and repair to the damage to building etc as per specifications as required. Earthing Strip Copper strip of size 15x3 mm from earthing electrode to the Electric Panel, Stabilizer, boiler and pumps using proper fasteners concealed under floor.

Coolant Providing and filling of Nontoxic antifreeze Coolant IOCL Servo Kool Plus or equivalent.

Construction of Boiler House using PUF insulated PPGI panels on a robust structural steel framework Size = 15x25x12 feet or equivalent floor size as per site condition), on the concrete plinth, features walls made of corrugated PPGI panels, 50mm thick, a corrugated CGI sheet roofing design supported by a suitable truss system, a 10x11 feet roller shutter door with suitable window, with access ramp, PCC flooring, considerations including a provision for oil drain, resulting in a completed and fully functional plant room. The plant room layout is designed to optimize the functionality of the plant. Job includes men ,materials tools and tackles, complete.
