Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone/boulder masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 18 Above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/kg of cement and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices pilaster etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION :- Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium unserviceable/ perished point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,removing material from site for taking credit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, complete all as specifiecd and directed.
