Cleaning of choked sewer line & sludge line of all dia meter including removal of earth ,opening of joints,cleaning of the pipe line,making joints leak proof etc.all complete including disposal of sludge material outside the colony with all leads at specified place with tools & tackles,as per instruction of E/c.

Cleaning of septic tank of all sizes capcity with tools & trackles ,including disposal of sludge material outside the periphery of colony with all leads at a specified place complete as per instruction of E/c.

Brooming & Cleaning of all roads in colony and with in the premises of service buildings and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of E/c.

Disposal of dead animal including transportation to the specified place ,making earth pit ,disposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt lime and bleaching powder etc. and refilling the pit with earth all complete with tools ,trackles and consumable as per instruction of E/c. Large animal

Cleaning and removing of plastic bags,bottle,glass and sludge or earth of sewerage settling tank and oxidation pond at Bhagat singh colony at jhilimili Sub Area.

Cutting of palnts and removal of weeds from wall ,chhajja and roof as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Separation (Liquid & Solid waste), Picking of material (Plastic bottle ,Glass bottle ,Polythine ,other p.v.c. material etc.) and filling of different pits at SLRM Centre as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of terrece / loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 liters capcity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc, removal of slit, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @0.50gm per liter capcity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge ( The old date already written on the tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs 0.10 per liter) (If during cleaning andy G.I. fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning ,mopping & Upkeeping of Dispensary ,Sub Area office,Pandavpara & Jhilimili Manager Office and Community Hall, Club etc. including toilet cleaning neatly with detertent,phynel & other condumable to make the floor clean & hygenic engaging fice person as per instruction of engineer in charge.by deploying 4 Labours and 1 supervisor.

Regular Maintenance of lawn, hedges, flower beds & ornamental plants including cutting of grass with lawn mowers, paneling with lawn roller, removal of unwanted weeds, watering, spraying of insecticide / fungicide and spreading of fertilizers etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC (cost of earth, manure, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers shall be paid separately, if so needed.)

Street fogging in colonies by deploying thernal fogging machine carried over a four wheel vehicle moving at speed 0.5 km/hour with all materials, POLs, labours, four wheeled vehicle etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (only chemical shall be supplied free of cost by department).

Labour charges for spraying of K. otherine / Anti malaria chemical along the external front and back side of Qtr.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
