Providing & laying damp proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size).

Dismentling doors, windows and clerestory windows (Steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 mtr lead of area beyond 3 sq. metres.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with 50mtr lead in cement mortar.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level (by manual means)

Reinforced cement conc. Work in beams suspended floors, roofs, having slope upto 15 landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staireases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening cutting, bending, placing, in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- a) Suspended floors, roots, landings, balconies and acess platform.

b) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cms wide.

c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers & cantilevers etc.

12mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand)

Cement conc. flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete (40mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections treusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and Fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerstory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of engineer - in charge. Providing of fixing of Aluminium partations with 80mm section including fixing of panells both side laminated and panelling of glass 6mm thick include beding extra complete (The area to measured in Sqm). LMR

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling on walls of approved design and shade by the Engineer-incharge. The PVC panelling should be as IS norms (The are to be measured sqm). LMR

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approval make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including groating the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size of tile 60x60cm.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give and even shade. New steel work (Two or more coats)

Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17 Kg per 10sqm impregnated with a cost of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cl;oth lightly soacked in kersene iol complete with residual type petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100.

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope conslodiated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 groted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat with hand moulded F.P.S brick tiles.

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C sheet 1 m x 1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and coat of neat cement rounded the edgesand making and finishing outlet complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design : in 75x75mm deep chase.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasterised-Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 type a including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expension single socketed pipes 75mm dia mtr.

Providing and fixing in curtain rods of 1.25mm thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and woodan plugs, etc. wherever necessary complete 20mm dia.
