Excavation over areas n. exc 1.50 m depth for foundation, etc getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Soling (for sub base) 200 mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggregate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Combined thickness ie 150 mm thick shall be measured in single unit.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 , putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size , again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (50mm or less) thick with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete and foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) sub base to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete factory made interlocking paver block with gray cement & pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling 20mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation under interlocking tiles sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in copping, Kneelers, apex stones bed plates, Kerbs stone, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabricated precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid kerb stones (400mmx300mmx 150mm thick) laid over PCC jointed & pointed in CM (1:3) crushing strength of block not less than 2 KN/Sqmm size & shape of block as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity grade shedding retro reflective delineator post 75mm outer dia, heavy duty steel pipe 1.2m long head cap by hydraulic machine design and hold fast welded on delineator post bottom with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enameled paint by heat process and three No s reflective bands of white, red & yellow colour and covered by 14 gauge net grill and welded complete all as specified embedded in ground in 30x30x40cm deep pit (including excavation and removal of soil) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated) and upto 30 cm high above ground level including necessary from work, removal of old unserviceable delineator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable cat eye’s complete all as specified and directed.
