Annual Maintenance of Jockey Pump, Main pump,BHP Diesel Engine, Air compressor, Foot Valve, NRV Valve & Gate Valve installed for Emulsifire system on 2x100MVA+1x160MVA+2X40 MVA T/Fs at 220 KV S/S Rampur, under ETD Rampur.
Annual Maintenace of 11 KW Jockey Pump & 55 KW Main Pump with replacement of star coupling, glands plate etc.
Annual Maintenance of 105 BHP diesel engine kirloskar make including replacement of engine oil / oil filter/ diesel filter / belts / hose pipes and other associated work required to complete the job satisfactory.
Annual Maintenance of Air compressor ELGI Make(In service & Stand by compressor) including changing of compressor oil, air filter, fan belts etc and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.
Annual Maintenance of existing foot Valve/NRV/Gate Valve along with servicing of flapper and cleaning of strainner along with dismantling and re-installing foot valve/NRV/Gate Valve of various size as per detail given below-
