Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Previous work done certificates

The dogs shall be caught in a humane manner and the ABC/ ARV / Euthanasian shall be carried out as per the Animal Birth Control (Dogs) Rules under the Prevention of Cruelly Animals Act 1960

The Successful Bidder shall own or obtain lease, required Number of dog catching vehicles along with drivers and dogs catchers

The successful bidder shall engage fulltime part time veterinary doctors surgeons to carry out stabilization and vaccination required under the ABC programme

Approval certificate from Animal welfare board of India should be obtained
