Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender (e-quotation basis) at Tablakanta fee Plaza at Km 322/480 for Widening & Strengthening to two lane with paved shoulder from design chainage from Km. 269.300 to Km.325.900 (Existing Chainage from Km.269/300 to Km.328/200 of NH-49) of Jharsuguda to Bhojpur in the State of Odisha and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
