HIRING OF ARCHITECT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BUILDINGS AND MISCELLANEOUS FACILITIES AT MEERUT, MCS, PURI, GAJAPATI AND BASTAR

ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MAINTENANCE BASE OFFICE BUILDING AND MISCELLANEOUS FACILITIES AT MCS GA & MEERUT GA (SHATABDI NAGAR COCO AT UTTAR PRADESH .

Percentage fees for the complete Architectural Consultancy services as stated in the Tender document including site data collection, concept development Engineering, Designing, Preliminary and detailed estimation, Obtaining all Statutary approvals as required for taking up the construction work at site, recommendations of award of works for various packages, review of residual engineering, if any, being carried out by the contractor, engineering coordination and discussions with GAIL, Obtaining completion certificate and occupancy certificate if required as per scope, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in the tender document listed in Terms of reference Clause C.1, Section V of the contract. (An amount equivalent to 30% of the Project Cost shall be paid as part of the Total Cost.)

Percentage fees for Project management and Construction supervision of work by deploying Technical manpower as per scope Terms and conditions and details laid down in the tender document in Terms of reference Clause C.2, Section V of the contract detailing the manpower to be deployed at site before arriving at rates. the manpower is to be deployed for a period of 18 months from the award of first package of the works tender plus 03 (three) months is kept for finalization of works Contract and 03 (three) months for contract closure. (An amount equivalent to 70% of the Project Cost shall be paid as part of the Total Cost.)

“If required, the architect shall carry out a topographical survey and soil survey (for bearing capacity, water table and profile of soil etc.) through a reputed agency after getting approval of GAIL GAS. However, the cost of the said topographical survey and Soil survey shall reimburse by GAIL GAS on submission of necessary tax invoices via VIM.” AT MCS GA & MEERUT GA (SHATABDI NAGAR COCO AT UTTAR PRADESH (PART-A).

ADDITIONAL MANDAYS -All the activities involved in designing and construction of office buildings are included in SOR no. I 1 & 2. However, in case there is any major additional acitivity is required to be carried out (which was not envisaged in the scope of the work), the same shall be dealth with in the instant SOR of Manday Rates

Engineering Services : Rate to include services of Architect, Designer, Lead Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation‑Telecom), Draftsman, and all other technical personnel as required to carry out any major activity which was not originally envisaged Scope of Work. All associated coordination and support services shall be deemed included in this rate

Site Supervision Services : Rate to include extra manday required by Construction Manager & MEP Engineer for carrying out the major activity (which was not envisaged in the scope of work). All associated supervision and support services required at site shall be deemed to be included in this rate
