CCTV Installation: Establishment of connectivity for Intra Network of 450 CCTV Cameras in different Sectors viz.Mela Ground, Kachuberia, Chemaguri, Benuban, Lot-8 & Namkhana including Kakdwip with connecting cables, Networking equipment and others except 350 Cameras and requisite NVRs will also be supplied by the vendor. (Rental)
Establishment of Microwave Connectivity: Point to Point Microwave Connectivity between Kachuberia & Lot-8 to obtain adequate Band-width for integrating 450 CCTV Cameras, Internet, Wi-Fi zones, ROIP, IP Phones in temporarily Towers. (Rental)
Establishment of Network Backbone Infrastructure: Optical Fiber Cable Lay Out for integrating 450 CCTV Cameras, IP Phones, WiFi capability, GPS in Vehicles to access existing "Ganga Sagar Mela Sahayata" Apps. (Rental)
Display Units / Video Walls: (i) Display Units for CCTV Network like Video Walls & Monitors of different sizes to obtain feed of 450 cameras at 3 numbers of Control Rooms (1) LOT-8 (2) Kachuberia (3) Sagar Mela Ground. (ii) Arrangement of 15 numbers of Darshan display Unit with necessary feed at various locations. (Rental with accessories)
Man Management with sole responsibilities for providing un-interrupted services from the commencement to end of the Ganga Sagar Mela, 2022 for entire Project as mentioned in Annexure- IV to IX. (One time cost)
