Dismantling of existing 7 TR package type AC unit at TE Bldg Phagwara along with all accessories i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping,cabling ,disconnection from plenum etc complete as required.

Shifting of existing 4 nos. 7 Tr package type AC unit along with all accessories i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping etc from TE Bldg Phagwara to TE Bldg MTS Nagar i/c loading & unloading charges for crain,heavy labour taking all precautions for safe carriage i/c lifting the packages to 1st floor etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing old 7 Tr package type AC unit along with all accessories from Ist floor ZTE AC Plant MTS Nagar i/c air cooled condensor units ,refrigerant piping,cabling ,disconnection from plenum etc complete as required.& placing the equipment at a suitable specified space as informed by building incharge complete as reqd.

Installation , Testing and commissioning of existing 7 TR HP AC Package units complete with all components , air cooled condensers cable between units but w/o gas charging etc as required on the existing framework .

Supplying and charging of R-407/410 gas in existing AC Pkg units testing commission etc. as reqd.

Supplying & Installing 16 gauge hard drawn copper tube cuting , bending ,jointing ,brazing etc. as required.

a) Hot gas line ( size 5/8")

b) Liquid gas line ( size 5/8 ")

Supplying & fixing following size XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable for condensor units on existing tray, end termination glands, lugs etc. as reqd.

a) 3x4 sqmm

b) 4x10 sqmm

S/F of MS angle iron frame of following size for housing condensor units including cutting, welding, grouting and painting i/c minor civil work etc as required.

50mmx50mmx5mm

Providing and fixing GI sheet ducting for making bends / reducers of 24 gauge GI sheets if any required for PKG units complete as required

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning of plumbing work for drainage requirements,i/c pdg. Tee, bends, nuts bolts etc. as per site requirements complete as reqd.

i) 50mm GI pipe (Medium Class)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

(a) 150mm width x 50mm depth x 1.6mm thickness

Pdg. and replacing the following faulty items in the existing AC pkg. unit etc as reqd.

(a) Drier

Dismentalling shifting and installation of existing LT panel i/c removing of main cables and pkg cables and reconnection of cables etc as reqd

Carrying out leak testing of existing 7 TR Conventional/HPAC Package units with nitrogen gas including dismantling of machine, flushing the system, brazing/flaring the leak points, vacuumizing, purging and making the system leak proof i/c transportation of nitrogen cylinder, brazing kit & vacuum pump testing & commissioning etc as required.
