Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceedig 3.0 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including ,spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in trenches for sand cushioning for under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub class B brick, 230mmx115mmx75mm size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1.:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bottom of pit in bed concrete of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1.:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1.:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for poles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Structural steel work in replacement of existing unserviceable Cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts,bolts ,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive one coat of primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable SVL/HPSV fitting with new new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 60watt made up to pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV built in surge protection device including GI bracket of 32 mm bore 1.5 mtr long bent to any shape required as per site and making neccessry connection with 1.5 sqmm copper wire from fitting to pole box all, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L in replacement of old and weathered ACSR alluminium conductor of size 6/2.11 or 6/2.59 squirrel/weasel and with aluminium binding wire on poles etc traightening / tightening with mechanical devices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator bolt,washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire on HT/LT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy dutyelectric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of crosssectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 25 watt LED new generation post-top energy saving, environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution,spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including necessary electric connection along with 40mm dia GI pipe 2.5 mtr long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/crompton/wipro.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED fitting of capacity 30 Watt all as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting of existing road/floor/plinth/drain not exceed 1.5mtr in depth and not exceed 1.5 in width for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 50 KA, MCCBs microprocessor release, overload adjustable = 0.4 to 1 x inshort circuit adjustable 2.5 to 10 x lr (250-400A) 2.5 to 8x Lr (630A) time delay 0.1 -0.2 sec & suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts, bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connectiong up of MCCB, completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate of extended terminal deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & laying of HT electro mat insulating conforming to IS 15652-2006 CPRI tested and certified pastable type, permanently fixed smooth trolley moment, moisture proof, fire retardant 3mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Electromat/Sentex.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of galvanised iron and 32mm x 6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade 40mm bore including provision of 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade pipe 20mm dia for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-1 and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note:- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

Supply and replacement of Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rate is inclusive of supporting pipe 15mm bore and PCC required at site.

M&L in replacement of stay assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in EP No.2 of SSR 1991 Part I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4 mm, complete all as specified Note-: Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L (in replacement) of existing unserviceable Loop type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge,

Supply and fix in replacementof lighting arrestor (set of three) expulsion type complete with all fitings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including taking down old arrestors on any type, shape and size and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge,

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Air break gang operated switch with 15 insulators out door type, triple pole, mounted on 15 insulators, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator contacts of copper alloy, high pressure heavy duty contact assembly operating rod 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, complete including drop out fuses confirming to IS-1818 rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 200 amp including taking down old God of any type, shape and size and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of new steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long), complete including taking down old unsl wood/PCC pole all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium. Paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surfaces above PCC benching and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC all as specified and directed including dismantiling old concrete/steel poles/struts on any type size and length and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09 mtr long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge,

Cutting/trimming tree branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 2.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree/branches at places, complete all as specified and directed in Engineer-in-Charge.
