Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and n. exc 50 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M & L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removeall loose dirt etc.on black topafter cleaning of existing surface as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam 50 mm thick laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) for paving bitumen any penetration complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for laying and spreading of bituminous pemixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm cnsolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen (VG 30) any penetration. ( The SDAC laid with mechanical paver and rolled with 8-10 tonne tandom power roller)

M&L for preparing bituminious surface and applying 2.0 mm thick and n exc 10 cm wide with hot applied thermo plastic road marking strip of specified shade/colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers propane tank complete all as specified and directed.
