1 The Schedule of quantities and Rates are to be read for the purpose of

pricing in conjunction with instructions to tenderers, technical

specifications, drawings and conditions for contract.

2 The price quoted in the summary of costs, sheets of schedule of

quantities and rates shall be of all-inclusive value for the work described

including all cost and expenses which may be required for the execution

of the work described together with all general risks, liabilities and

obligations set further or implied in the documents on which the tender

3 The quantities furnished are approximate. In the event of actual

quantities varying from those furnished herein or items deleted or added

the percentage (Plus / minus) quoted for the entire work shall remain

firm and no extra claims in this respect will be entertained. The payment
