Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing roof treatment and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in sunken/roof surfaces in CM 1.3 surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) but using WPC as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately @200ml per 50Kg of cement.

M&L for cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setfing upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with make of approved by GE. Cold applied Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of water based bitumious liquid membrane of make as approved by GE alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Apply 2nd coat on and after curing of first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of UV Resist and Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083 for UV protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight Note: Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in sunkan filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F G.I. pipe 40mm bore tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting fixed to wall, ceiling and laid in floors complete as in spout of sunken floor all as specified and directed

Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular joint free) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises and roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of wall of size 350x250x7mm/450 x300 x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1.3 on brick /concrete surfaces including dismantling of existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, laid bedded pointed and in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer.

M&L Kota stone 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, laid bedded pointed and in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1.6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down of existing cement plaster/Dado(terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in cement mortar 1:4 over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, rendering is to be finished even and fair (without using extra cement) but using with WPC as per manufacturers instruction including taking down of existing cement plaster/Dado(terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately @200ml per 50Kg of cement. Work shall be carried out upto 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane, Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

M & L for two coats of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint on top of membrane shall be provided as prescribed by manufecturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frames 105mmx60mm for door, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate and back filling for chowkats in PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) tarring ends incl two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1.0mm. S&F Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles) with particle board core with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded Prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm Prelam PVC sheet on back face, to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
