Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing ... a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

b) Depth of excavation beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm

Cutting and picking up existing metaled black top portion of road surface to an average depth of 300mm by using jack hammer with all necessary tool and plant including screening the serviceable materials & stacking within a lead of 75 mtrs all complete

Dewatering by pumps including all leads, lifts and making all arrangements of disposal, where continuous flow of water from a source other than natural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage, breakage and making wet conditions.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Labour for Lowering/Laying, fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C.pipes for Underground work including cost of jointing materials fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, making threads etc as per direction of theEngineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on centre line measurementof the total pipeline including specials. )- a) 160 mm Dia HDPE Pipe Line

b) 220 mm Dia HDPE Pipe Line

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, Eucalyptus/Jhou bulla piling, strutting etc) complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge for foundation excavation (vertical surface are in contact with supported earth is to be measured.) (This item should be executed on specific direction of the Enginner in charge). (a) Depth upto 1.5 m.

(b) Depth beyend 1.5 m to 3.00m

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand

Supplying and laying brick Khoa of ordinaryn bats of size (38 mmx 63 mm)of approved quality in 100 mm layer (loose) filling in gaps with small ones rammed and compact as directed true to level and grade.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work,in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straighteningand removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in properposition and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, completeas per drawing and direction. (a) Tor steel/Mild Steel

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in Road Restoration etc as per relevant IS codes.

Supplying and laying /construction of Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)

Plaster (to wall,) with sand and cement mortar including rounding offer chamfering corners with 1:4 cement mortar 20 mm thick plaster (including supplying of materials)

Cleaning of Underground Septic Tank by High capacity Jetting cum Suction M/c including Disposal of derbies.

New Sewer line effective connection From Septic Tank to NDWML nearest Sewer Manhole with necessary fittings if required including RCC/Brick wall grove cutting & final finishing etc complete
