Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling, mass concrete, sunken floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as in sunken floors mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions and paid separately) finishing the surface even and smooth with and including applying two coats of SBR Latex/ Dr Fixit or equivalent on plastered or unplastered surface (one coat shall be applied on unplastered surface and 2nd coat shall be applied on plastered suface) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane including plaster, PCC padding, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey .The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M & L of water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane incl 40mm thick PCC padding as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) 40 mm +/- 2.5 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed withliquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete / mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment. (b) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (c) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (d) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm each coat over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm dia cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe spun pipes any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia CI bend with oval access door (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc , over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 sqm as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles with and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in verticle surface 350x250x7/300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick (1:4) cement mortar plaster and pointed in coloured cement to match.

M&L green marble 14 -16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished ) in step, jambs, pillers , window cills, cooking plateforms and the like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble including half round moulding and making hole for gas pipe (where required) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised iron sheet 1.2mm thick cut in circular shapes of size 450mm dia and bent to the shape of cover of PVC overhead tank with edges turned. Spikes made of 1.2mm thick GI sheet cut in triangular shape with sharp edge 100mmx25mm size bent and fixed to circular sheet with rivets at 75mm c/c spacing bothways. The sheet with spikes shall be fitted to overhead tank with 4 Nos nuts and bolts of size 10mm dia 50mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought Iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for wind tie complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in doors or gates, water staging, windows, ventilators of angle/rectangular, welded steel fabric or square hollow section or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, windows, ventilators etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door, window, ventilator fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width /girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings including tank nipple and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor including cutting through walls, floors, etc and their making good with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair for 20mm bore PTMT float valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 140gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 495mm x 420mm and bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel kitchen plate rack of over all size 780 x 600 x 250mm of minimum thickness 0.8mm including necessary drilling, fixing with screw, plugs in kitchen etc complete all as specified and directed.
