Supplying, installing, testing & Commissioning approved make: Jindal/Tata, Heavy duty (Class 'C'), 150mm dia nominal bore 5.40 mm thick @ 21.20 Kg/m, GI pipes and fittings confirming to ISI 1239 PI & II, malleable specials such as tees, Long radius bends, check nuts, unions, Flanges, nipples, including cutting, threading, wielding/flanged joints with necessary Gl washers, nuts, bolts etc., for pipes running in pipe shafts, ceiling, over terrace etc., as per drawing and specifications. The quoted rates shall include for necessary chasing in walls, making bore in walls etc., and making good the chased surfaces and bores in cement mortar etc. complete price inclusive of fittings like coupling, reducers, bends, tees, etc & all fittings. The scope of work include with two coats of metal primer & 2 coats of brown enamel Paint. Etc. including cost of materials, labour, usage of machinery complete as per specifications. Vide Sl. Providing and fixing in position flanged gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 80mm nominal bore including all materials, labour and HOM of equipment with all leads complete as per specification. Rate arrived as per market rates.

Making connection of GI Distribution branch with GI main of 100 to 80 nominal bore including cutting and threading the pipes, providing and fixing Tee, nuts, labour for all item of works, HOM of equipments complete as per specifications. Vide Sl. No. 13.1.2, Page No.117 of KPWD SR for the year 2023-24.

Supplying and fixing of 150 mm nominal bore C.I. gate valves with C.I wheel as per IS:780/14846 with flanges, bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets etc. Complete as per specification with all lead and lift, loading unloading, labour, hire charges of machineries and all such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of work and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work Vide Sl. No. 15.130.3, Page No.95 of PWD Ele SR for the year 2023-24.

Supply and installing testing and commissioning of CI "Y" stainer confirming to IS standard with necessary bolts and nuts complete includes cost of all materials labour charges with all lead lift loading and unloading transportation etc complete.----etc., complete as per specification with all lead and lift, loading unloading, labour, hire charges of machineries and all such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of work and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. Vide Sl. No. 15.129.2, Page No.95 of PWD Ele SR for the year 2023-24.

Removing of existing cooling water pipelines, including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes with cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transport charges etc., complete as per specification and directions of the site engineer in charge of work. Vide Sl. No. 19.44.1, Page No.191 of KPWD SR for the year 2023-24.
