Repair, servicing and comprehensive/ preventive maintenance of Engine part of DG set any make of Capacities 40KVA to 63 KVA, which include removal unserviceable worn out spare parts, cleaning of all components with necessary cleaning material, replacement of all spare parts and gaskets as per manufacturer spare part kit, engine oil change including overhauling, re-assembling of complete engine setting, timing setting, bleaching and engine testing, replacement of diesel filter,Engine oil filter, lubricating oil, rubber hose pipe, V belt, oil pipe, diesel pipe, repair kit, burnt oil part etc. and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG sets all as directed at site complete. Note (i) Spares part, engine oil, fillters shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Cost of oiling, greasing, tightening of nuts, bolts and minor work etc are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material & labour for replacement of Engine oil 20 W 40 during servicing of DG sets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Engine oil filter for DG set upto 63 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Diesel filter for DG set upto 63 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Air filter for DG set upto 63 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable fuel pipe for DG set upto 63 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of asbestos rope any dia wrapped over the exhaust pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and overhauling of self starter 12 V/ 24 V of DG set, upto 63 KVA Capacity, after opening nuts and bolts complete carrying out repair/ maint work for smooth functioning, testing complete and refixed same place as directed at site. Note :- (i) (Spare parts will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Field Coil to self starter 12V/24V of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Armature winding to self starter 12V/24V of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Clutch assembly to self starter 12V/24V of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Carbon Brushes to self starter 12V/24V of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pinion Assembly to self starter 12V/24V of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and overhauling of dynamo of any DG set, upto 63 KVA capacity after opening nuts and bolts complete carrying out repair/ maint work for smooth functioning, testing complete and refixed same place as directed at site. Note :- (i) (Spare parts will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Carbon Brushes to Dynmo of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Armature rewinding to Dynmo of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unsv Field Coil to Dynmo of DG set upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of battery terminal bolt type suitable for 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing battery lead of copper conductor 25 Sqmm single core fitted with lead terminal on one side and other side with brass or lead terminal ( length of wire not less than1.5 Mtrs) as per site required and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replcement of unserviceable battery 12 Volts.150 AH including filling of required capacity electrolyte and transportation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replcement of unserviceable battery 12 Volts.180 AH including filling of required capacity electrolyte and transportation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out injection nozzle from DG set transportation to authorised service centre for repairing and replacement of necessary parts calibration and re-fixing to DG set and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting defective submersible Motor / Pumpset with column pipes (any number) from borewell, setting aside and stacking column pipes for reuse & Motor/Pumpset for checking of repair work, Transportation defective Motor/ Pumpset to contractor workshop for rewinding/repairing & Back after repairing, Testing complete to bore well for lowering with column pipes in the borewell as existing with new nut, boltsand washer including rubber gasket 3 mm thickand making water and electrical connections as existing for running of pump motors complete all as directed. Note:- (i) T&P required for lifting and lowering for submersible pump set column pipe (any number) shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Necessary safety precautions for workmen shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (iii) The pumping set after repair shall be lowered as per the manufacture specification.

M & L for carrying out following repairing works to submersible motor 3 phase , 415 volts 50 Hz of 7.5 HP capacity:- (a) Dismantling of motor complete, taking out warn-out / burnout winding wire complete and rewinding the motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per manufactures specifications and replacement of following parts and assembling the complete motor and install, testing and comnmissioning etc. (b) Cost is included for the repair/Replacement of Motor Parts (i) Thrust plate (ii) Gun metal bush set with brazing the motor and coupling (iii) Rubber water seal as per manufactures specification (iv) Required size of submersible copper cable for connection (Not more than 10 RM) (Note :- rate for lifting and lowering of complete pump and column pipe will be measured as one job and paid seperately all as specified and directed by Engineer - in charge.

M & L for Disconnection of pump from motor for repair including replacement of following warn out parts (Whichever is required) and reassembling complete after repair to submersible pump set with motor 3 phase , 415 volts 50 Hz of 7.5 HP capacity. (i) Bronze impellers (ii) Gun metal impellers (iii) Gun Metal Guide bush (iv) Gun Metal Diffuser (v) Gun Metal Neck-ring (vi) Gun Metal Coupling bush with MS key (viii) Sand protection ring (Note :- Rate for lifting/lowering of complete pump and column pipe will be measured as one job and paid seperately all as specified and directed by Engineer - in charge. (ii) Cost is included for the above material from Sl No (i) to (viii)

Supply, lay , connecting PVC insulated submersible copper cable 3 core, 10 mm², woking voltage 1100 Volts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs coloum pipe in tubewells, 50 mm bore Made out of Mild Steel (MS) with both ends screwed and fixed with flanged and holed drilled, groves cut for cables flanges 10 mm thick, welded to pipe with MS flats 20 mm x 6 mm thick 150 mm long to flange and pipe (3 Nos) in each flanged side, replacements of nut bolts and 2 Nos of rubber gaskets. Each coloum pipe 3 mtrs long and ISI marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old UNSV Submersible Controller Fully automatic star delta startor, oil immersed, with contactor and suitable thermal relay suitable for 7.5 HP, 3 Phase , 415 volts, 50 Hz submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete block walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of rubbish off the premises and leave the work clear of any plastering complete etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius & built in cement mortar 1:4.including dismantling/demolition.

Rendering/cement plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precasted concrete paver block 80 mm thick M 40 grade concrete with grey cement and pigment over sand cushioning all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in lean concrete in mass concrete, paving, base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes soft/loose soils ( for similar holes each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning , fillling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for encasing of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3.15 mm dia chain link fencing including line wires , size of mesh 50x50 mm to any type of standards , rails straining bolts , etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified and directed.

S&F rolled section joist , chaneel angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connection plated etc ( cut of ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to FE 410 Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagaonal or square headsat one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) bolt less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to FE 410 Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
