Complete overhauling, repair and maintenance from Cane Unloader to RBC and centrifugal station complete within all respect during off season 2021-22 and operation, repair and maintenance during crushing season 2021-22.

Outsourcing of Overhauling, repair, maintenance and operation of Mill house from Cane carrier to R.B.C., Power turbine T.G set 3 MW and centrifugal station in off season 2021-22 and crushing season 2021-22 in Sonipat Co-op Sugar Mill Ltd., Sonipat:

(A) (During Off season 2021) Overhauling, repair and maintenance of Mill house from Cane carrier to RBC along with all type fabrication and erection jobs etc. complete within all respect i.e. Both cane unloaders, cane carrier 1 & 2, cane leveler, both cane cutters, Fibrizer, rack carrier, inter rack carrier 1,2 & 3 with donally chutes, belt conveyor, bagasse elevator chain, main bagasse carrier, all return bagasse belt conveyors, Mill house along with alignment of all rollers, transmission pinion gears etc., both mill turbines, all mill house pumps, hydraulic systems, lubricators, D.S.M screen, all valves, all pipelines, all reduction gear boxes and driving arrangements etc.

(During Off season 2021) Overhauling, repair and maintenance of 3 MW TG set (Supervision by OEM will be scope in the factory) rest of accessions will be in the scope of the party.

(During Off season 2021) Overhauling, repair and maintenance of complete centrifugal machine station i.e. all machines, hoppers, elevators, grader, bins, compressors, transient heaters, pug mills, magma mixers, all related pumps, all reduction gear boxes, final molasses storage tank related pumps complete within all respect.

(During Off season 2021) Complete repair and maintenance work of both boilers with its all accessories i.e. I.D Fans, F.D. Fans, ducting’s, S.A. Fans, P.A. Fan, Bagasse feeders, Reduction Gear Boxes, R.O plant, All feed pumps, All High Pressure Valves, Economizer, Air Heater, Super Heater, wet scrubber plant system complete with pumps, chimney and cleaning work etc.

(B) (During complete crushing season 2021-22) To engage the manpower in operation, repair & maintenance for smooth functioning mill house including cane carrier, preparatory devices, cane unloaders and bagasse carrier works etc. Operation, Repair and maintenance for smooth functioning of mill house from Cane carrier to RBC along with all type fabrication and erection jobs etc. complete within all respect i.e. Both cane unloaders, cane carrier 1 & 2, cane leveler, both cane cutters, Fibrizer, rack carrier, inter rack carrier 1,2 & 3 with donally chutes, belt conveyor, bagasse elevator chain, main bagasse carrier, all return bagasse belt conveyors, Mill house along with alignment of all rollers, transmission pinion gears, crown pinion, tail bar, C.S coupling etc., both mill turbines, all mill house pumps, hydraulic systems, lubricators, D.S.M screen, all valves, all pipelines, all reduction gear boxes and driving arrangements etc.

(During complete crushing season 2021-22) To engage the manpower for Repair and maintenance of centrifugal station i.e. all machines, hoppers, elevators, grader, bins, compressors, transient heaters, pug mills, magma mixers, all related pumps, all reduction gear boxes, final molasses storage tank related pumps complete within all respect during crushing season 2021-22.

(During complete crushing season 2021-22) To engage one highly skilled turbine mechanic at power house for its repair and maintenance along with operation of Power turbine.

(During complete crushing season 2021-22) Operation, Repair and maintenance work of boilers with its accessories i.e. I.D Fans, F.D. Fans, S.A. Fans, P.A. Fan, Bagasse feeders, Reduction Gear Boxes, R.O plant, All feed pumps, All High Pressure Valves, Economizer, Air Heater, Super Heater etc. Operation, Repair and maintenance work of both boilers with its all accessories i.e. I.D Fans, F.D. Fans, ducting’s, S.A. Fans, P.A. Fan, Bagasse feeders, Reduction Gear Boxes, R.O plant, All feed pumps, All High Pressure Valves, Economizer, Air Heater, Super Heater, wet scrubber plant system complete with pumps, chimney and cleaning work etc. Air Pollution control system is the sole responsibility of the party.
