By mechanical meansincluding hauling / carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm (fifti three milimetre totwenty two point four milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-10 kN in stages proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per MORD Technical specification Clause 405. (By Mechanical means) including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg. (zero point seventy to one point zero kilogramme) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD Technical specification clause 502. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg ( zero point two zero to zero point two five kilo gramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty milimetre) thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, levels and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 504, by mechanical Means (i) Bitumen binder VG-10, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75( seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10 ) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transportation by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
