Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, Shingles, pebbles and all types of conglomerates laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping and bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts. etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b)Vertical surface such as retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of forms for slopping or battering surface (slabs, beams, louvers, etc.) including folded plates. iii) Columns, Pillars, Posts & Struts ( circular or curved in plan)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

b)In retaining walls , return walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size. a) All works upto plinth level

b) In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
