M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread in two layer (75 mm each layer), rolled and consodated to gradient and chamber required with granite, trap or basalt complete all as specified.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam incl preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified.

M & L for repair to pot holes & making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @5 Kg/10sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet ( 2 cm thick ) well rammed and sealed with premix sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes exc 30 mm ) using paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M & L as in repair Stone kerb (sand stone) of roughly squared stones of size 15 cmx30 cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6 mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20 mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified.

M & L repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi - dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and directed using paving bitumen of grading VG 10 laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 of 75 mm thick, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 of type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs/stops rounded or chamfered on edges of the interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 x 100 x 25 mm road stud cat eye made of aluminium moulded two No's reflectors in red / yellow / white fixed on two sides for maximum ratro reflection of approved make complete all as specified and directed. (Make : APEX / ALCOLITE / AVERY DENNISON)

S & F delineator post of 60 cm height from ground level, black or red colour made of 16 gauge, 60mm dia MS round pipe encased 40 cm below ground level, two reflective device all over to reflective tapes 75 mm to 100 mm fixed on ground and embedded in PCC 1:3 :6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. S & F 133 mm x 123 mm x 25 mm two way solar power LED reflector (03 Nos each) road studs made of aluminium in red / yellow / white of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. (Make : APEX / AVERY / ALCOLITE)

M & L for applying thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 02 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (HOT application) white by indigeneous modem propelled road marking method as directed incl all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-dioxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per Table No 800-4 specification incl spraying of glass beads instructions complete all as specified and directed.
