Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thicknesses ,hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-One hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber .applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density G -3 (Grading-Three) as per technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two thousand Four) for rural road C- 405 (Clause-Four hundred Five) , including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm (Zero Point Seven Zero - One Point Zero) kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, (Clause Five Hundred Two) including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and M/S HINCOL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing & laying by manual mean and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 (Thirteen point Two to Five point Six) millimeters aggregates @ 0.27 CUM ( point two seven cubic meters) per ten square meters using Bitumen Emulsion (MS) @ 23 (twenty three ) Kg. Per (10) ten Sqm. of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and M/S HINCOL to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant i.e. HMP 30/40 (thirty by forty ) tone per hour laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-One hundred) KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508.2 (Five hundred Eight point two) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying seal coat of Type-C, by manual means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using bitumen emulsion SS-2 @ 13 (thirteen) kilogram me per 10 ( ten) square meter of M/S INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Ltd., M/S TOTAL OIL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and M/S HINCOL and crushed stone chippings of 6.7 mm (six point seven millimeters) size @ 0.09 cum (point zero nine cubic meters) per 10 sqm.(ten square meters) as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 510 (Five one zero) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
