Engaging essential services to new division office building for Coimbatore Housing Unit (Stilt + 4 Floors) @ Sowripalayam, Peelamedu, Coimbatore for the period from 23.10.2024 to 31.03.2025 Under AME 2024-25

Engaging essential services such as 2 Nos of Watchman to watch and ward the entire office premises , to operate the pumpsets in the TNGRHS flats so as to supply uninterrupted supply of water to all the flats, to attend the faults in water suply lines & plumbing works in all flats attending minor repairs in pumpsets, attending faults outside vertical lines inducts and delivery line from OHT of all flats to clean the staircase head room,terrace rooms cleaning the sourrounding areas of the blocks and to collects the garbage in the dust bins etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers including Sundays and Government Holidays.
