BUILDING WORKS

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonry in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Design Mix (M-25) as in retaining walls,RCC Drain. Basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Design Mix (M-25) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to fair finished surface of concrete (flat/curved) for faces of walls,RCC drains, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork (rough finished flat surface of concrete) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but except bricks including cleaning of cement mortar from old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but except stones complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face form straight edge held against the surface n.exc 40mm in lime or sand stone dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints of random rubble walling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms , moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/bedding including weathering, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing factory made precast plain/perforated RCC drain cover having thickness 80 mm of M-30 grade of concrete, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar of Fe-500 grade at 150mm C/C spacing in both ways incl providing edge binding with MS flats of size 80mmX1.6mm complete compaction by strong vibrating concrete method by vibratory table.Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Providing factory made precast plain/perforated RCC drain cover having thickness 50 mm of M-30 grade of concrete, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar of Fe-500 grade at 150mm C/C spacing in both ways incl providing edge binding with MS flats of size 50mmX1.6mm complete compaction by strong vibrating concrete method by vibratory table. Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Mild steel bars TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of black japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 600mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes have been laid and tested) in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250M but not exc 500m and depositing where directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, of any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 450mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, Complate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 4,22,500.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
