Scarifying the existing bitumenous road surface to a depthe of 150 mm.(one hundred fifty milimeteres) with a lift upto 3 m(three meters) and lead upto 1000 m(One thousand meters) as per Technical Specification clause 301.40 with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction and entire satisfection of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density,complete as per technical specification clause 401 for grading I material including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including spreading the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixute(Pug mill) carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub base compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN(eighty-hunddred KN) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricating and maintenance of diversion etc.as per table 400.11 and 400.12 and material specification claused 406 by mechanical means including haulage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0kg per sqm(zero point seven zero to one point zero kilograms per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 503 including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg(zero point two five kilograms to zero point three zero kilograms) per square meter in the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling/ carriage of materials through alll modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provinding and laying 50mm (fifty milimetres)compacted thick bituminous macadam with crushed aggregate of grading -II 19mm(nineteen milimetres) nominal size, using bitumen VG-30 grade, minimum 3.3% (three point three percent) of weight of mix on thoroughly cleaned surfece, free from pot holes and cracks by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in batch mix/computerised hot mix plant of 100-120(hundred to one hundred twenty) tonne per hour capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing to bituminous concrete as approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller and vibratory road roller to achieve the desired density including profile correction with in all leads, lifts and carriage as per direction and entire satisfection of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm(thirty milimetres) thick compacted bitumenous concrete with aggregate of grading II,13 mm(thirteen milimetres) nominal size using bitumen VG-30 grade minimum 5.5% (five point five percent) of weight of mix on thoroughly cleaned surface, by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air,mixed in computerised batch mix hot plant of 100-120(hundrred to one hundred twenty) tonne per hour capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing of bitumenous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory,transporting the mixed material in clean insulated vehicles covered while transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem road roller to achieve the desired density complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes with in all leads and lifts including carriage of material, plant and equipments by mechanical transport confirming to clause 508 of MORTH (road wing) specification for road and bridge work including hauling/ carriage of materials through alll modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of classification of soil in foundation of structures upto all depth/ height as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104, includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in specified site including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying concrete 1:3:6(one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C. grade M-10 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete 1:2.5:5 (One cement : two point five sand : five graded stone aggregate) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C. grade M-15 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m(one thousand meters) as per Technical specification clause 303.1 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm(two point five milimetres) thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gms.(Two hundred fifty grams) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm(Two point five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm(Hundred into hundred milimetres) die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and girt, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm.(thirty milimetres) upto a depth of 600mm.(Six hundred milimetres) and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epxy mortar, all as oper BC: 873 (part-4)1973, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
