Notes:

1. The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable, against this contract, including but not limited to corporate tax, personal tax, GST and any other statutory levies as applicable under this contract.

2. The above rates shall be firm during the entire Contract Period, and no escalation will be allowed under any circumstances.

3. During the overhaul process, if any additional STI spare parts are needed, ONGC will issue a subsequent notification for the supply of these extra spares. The contractor shall supply them via air or sea route, whichever is faster. ONGC will bear the actual costs of freight and insurance, subject to submission of the relevant documentary evidence.

4. Payment shall be made as per the payment terms mentioned in relevant clause of STCC.

5. As per Notification No. 02/2021- Integrated Tax (Rate) dt. 02.06.2021, GST applicable for "Maintenance, repair or overhaul services in respect of ships and other vessels, their engines and other components or parts" would attract GST @ 5%. Bidder to note and take into consideration the referred Notification and accordingly quote their prices.
